Our ITMs are available 24/7, 365 days a year, so there’s no limits on your account access. There are two ways to interact with our ITMs:
Enhanced ATM access
The ATM experience allows for several enhanced ATM transactions, including the ability to: withdraw cash in denominations of $1, make deposits without an envelope or deposit slip, and get check images printed on your receipts.
Personal Teller assistance
During business hours, connect with a GECU team member for assistance with transactions you'd typically make with the help of a teller. Located in Blue Ash, OH, are Personal Tellers are available to assist during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm
Friday: 8 am - 6 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 2 pm
